Right next to Vallejo Beach is a lovely seaside restaurant, Miramar Beach Restaurant. This restaurant has been open since 1918, originally designed to be a Prohibition speakeasy, with secret compartments hiding illegal liquor from “G-Men.” While my family did not partake in the bar at this restaurant, we were accompanied by stunning ocean views, and were treated to a feast of seafood and rich, creamy soups.
