Last summer I had the chance to go to the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Seattle, before it permanently closed down a few months ago. For those who were unable to go to this location, I would like to share my experience. The roastery was an immersive experience for coffee-lovers, just nine blocks from the original Starbucks Pike Place store. From pneumatic tubes filled with coffee beans to the bitter aroma of grinded coffee beans, Starbucks Reserve Roastery, Seattle was a full experience in the art, science and theater of coffee craft. Enjoy the pictures displayed below. Cheers!
