“MrBeast’s Secret CEO“

In his third video, DogPack404 splits it into three main chapters: James Warren, Locoya Hill, and Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast’s work environment + Jeff Housenbold). We will be exploring each section individually, starting from James Warren.
James Warren
James Warren is Donaldson’s cousin and a secret CEO of MrBeast (secret because it isn’t listed on his LinkedIn or on his social media).
It is alleged that Warren is a perpetrator in domestic violence charges, namely involving his wife. Additionally, allegations which have been backed up by numerous sources claiming that Warren has offered “cocaine and hookers to stay late” to employees. Finally, there have been claims that an incident between him and a female colleague resulted in her leaving the company and receiving 3 years in severance pay. These allegations make it clear that Warren’s practices are evidently creating an incredibly unprofessional work environment, to say the least; providing “cocaine and hookers” is truly a wild statement, and is both unprofessional and also gross to offer to your employee of all people. Additionally, allegations surrounding his incident with a female colleague and domestic violence charges suggest that Warren is violent and may have an intimidated the aforementioned female employee into leaving.
A legitimized truth about James Warren’s character discussed in DogPack404’s video is his incredibly shady business practices. James Warren was formerly the Chief Operations Officer of Greenstone Ventures LLC, a real estate investment firm whose owner, Joshua Houchins, was found to have been carrying out a Ponzi scheme, deceiving countless local real estate investors. In the court hearing, a victim testified that Warren strongly recommended Houchins, meaning that he led victims right to Houchin’s ponzi scheme, costing some of them millions of dollars.
James Warren being the CEO of MrBeast company is incredibly worrying, knowing his (alleged) history with “providing cocaine and hookers” to employees, domestic violence charges, the incident with his female colleague, and his shady business practices. Not only does it seem likely that he contributes to MrBeast’s terrible work environment, it is troublesome that Donaldson is allowing someone with a history of working for and endorsing a ponzi scheme lead his company.
Locoya Hill
Rather than cutting ties with him completely, after Locoya Hill was removed from MrBeast company, he was discreetly moved to the dubbing company which was working for MrBeast at the time, Unilingo. Then, in 2023, he was brought back to MrBeast as the Chief Operating Officer. Finally, recently, in a leaked email it was revealed that Locoya was let go (after DogPack404 hinted that he would cover Locoya Hill in his first video). On LinkedIn, it can be found that Locoya now works as the president of CreatorGlobal, a company “powered by MrBeast”.
Thoughts: It’s honestly laughable how desperate Donaldson is to cover-up the crimes of his own employee, without ever actually cutting ties with him, as seen by him moving Locoya from company to company to try to ease public opinion without actually taking any accountability. In my opinion, Locoya should be officially and permanently let go from MrBeast and any affiliated MrBeast company, considering that he has allegedly sexually assaulted one or more employees. He cannot continue working for anyone, much less for a channel mainly directed towards children.
Jimmy Donaldson
In this section, these two text messages (below) provide insight to the misogynistic work environment present in MrBeast’s company, with men actively joking about sexual assault, women contestants’ bodies, Jimmy covering up real sex-related issues, etc.
Another person who is said to represent this work environment is Jeff Housenbold, appointed as the new president and Chief Operations Officer of the MrBeast company. He was appointed to this post “to add capacity and competencies to foster a better internal culture”, according to a leaked email. However, this is directly contradicted by news discussing the internal culture he helped create as managing partner at Soft Bank Vision Fund. An article by The New York Post titled “Nasty Execs Shaped ‘Macho’ Culture at Softbank Vision Fund”, and article by Bloomberg Businessweek named “Softbank Vision Fund Employees Depict a Culture of Recklessness” depicts Soft Bank Vision Fund having an “environment of sycophancy and harassment”. His appointment to a position of such high power shows that the MrBeast company does not actually care about the work environment at his company, which is why it is on the brink of collapse.
Hopefully this article gave a good overview of what was covered in DogPack404’s third video, covering the toxic and uncomfortable work environment at MrBeast company. In our next issue, we will be covering additional claims against MrBeast from other parties, and allegations that corroborate DogPack404’s claims.
